Complaint Handing Procedure:


If you have any concerns about our products or services please get in touch and we will be happy to help in any way we can.

Most things can be handled quickly over the phone. However we do understand that sometimes this may not be possible.


Greenfields Caravan and Motorhome Servicing Ltd, is a member of the Approved Workshop Scheme. You have the reassurance that the Approved Workshop Scheme is backed by The NCC ,The Caravan and Motorhome Club and The Camping and Caravanning Club and all the major tourer and motorhome Manufacturers. 

If you are unhappy with the work carried out be Greenfields Caravan and Motorhome Servicing Ltd. please follow this complaints procedure:

Please state your concerns as detailed as possible, with images with as much information as you can.


You will expect a written response within one week (office hours) With feed back afterwards as soon as possible.

It maybe expedient to resolve the matter by discussing the issue on the phone or talk in person. Please make an appointment to come and see us. However, you can still expect a written response to your complaint; it is also advisable for you to follow up any conversation held on the phone or in person with your own written response.


Greenfields prides itself on providing a great service and like to make the whole experience a happy one when using our products or services. We understand that this might not always be the case but will try to resolve any issues we can within our control.
