We are happy to provide our customers with a monthly payment plan for servicing on the Gold.
Here are the benefits:

- Spread the costs of the next two years servicing over 10 months per year, interest free.

- Serviced by an Approved Workshop with Approved Engineers.
- Discount on repairs, accessories, parts and in the online shop.
- No bill to pay at the end of the service. (Only on faults found if out of warranty)

Why are we offering this you may ask?
1, We like for you our customer to come back year on year without the need to keep marketing or hassling you.
2, Most places offer discounts for being loyal, and its something we wanted to do, but as we have tight budgets we have found away to offer you a saving in monetary terms and saving on our marketing to you.
3, We would like to keep in touch with you without the hassle so have also developed a secure log-in on our Customers Portal to allow you access to all your data. Also allows you access to see our progress report during a service / repair, quotes , invoices or installation.
4, The cost for all this out ways our man hours, also gives you, our customer a smooth easy way to pay for your servicing over 10 months per year with savings and other benefits.
5, Should you not wish to take up the offer of of the payment plan subscription, we are happy to offer the a discount on the next year's service only. No other benefits are offered.
Greenfields are a NCC Approved workshop (AWS) which enable us to provide a full service to your caravan or perform a habitation service on your motorhome and uphold its manufacturers warranty. Further more we are approved service and repairs centre for all of the appliances within your unit which enables us to repair those items under warranty.
Note:
For the first service a discount will apply however the service would need to be paid in full. The next two years servicing paid over 10 months per year leading up to each service date.(Under the payment subscription scheme)
Terms and Conditions:
1, The first service must be paid in full with the discount applied.
2, The subscription will be set up after the service on 10 monthly payments taken before the 2nd service with the discount applied. Then payments starts again 10 monthly payments taken up until the 3rd service with discount applied.
3, You can cancel this arrangement at anytime. However, we would require 1 months notice to stop the payments from being taken. The servicing and repair charges cost will go back to current pricing of that time. All monies paid will be returned back to you for the months leading up to that years service. Minus an admin charge of £30.
4, No priority given on repairs or servicing if agreement cancelled, also no discount on offers and assess to portal stopped.
5, Must sign up for and use the Customer Portal as this is our preferred communication and to access all data in regards to your leisure vehicle. (LV) ie service sheets, repair sheets, progress reports and quotes and other features as they are implemented. Should you not take up the offer of the payment plan, you will not have access to the portal.
6, Dates can be changed for servicing whilst under an agreement. If before the 10 months, the remaining bill needs to be paid in full with discount applied. If after the 10 months of payments no problems. However, for LV's under manufacturers warranty need to make sure that the servicing is performed within their terms and conditions to uphold the warranty.
7, If you wish to transfer the contract to another LV, no problem please call the office. If is not of the same ie changing from a single axle to a twin axle or to a motorhome. Some adjustments will have to be made.
8, Servicing to take place at our workshop in Camberley and appointments need to be booked in advance.
9, Greenfields have the right to change the terms and conditions at any time , however you will be notified of that change. Should the change not be suitable, the agreement can be terminated.
10, Discounts only given on services / repairs we offer and performed inhouse and not provided by an external company. ie, engine servicing, damp repairs, body work repairs, new tyres and MOT,s
11, Should payments be stopped or missed at anytime, this will be taken as a break in the agreement and we will not longer be able to continue to offer you a discount or any other offers, also access to the portal will be stopped.
12, If you sell your LV and wish not to continue with this agreement we would require 1 months notice is which to stop payments being taken, plus an admin fee for £30 will be applied.
13, Greenfields aftercare warranty is a separate agreement with an external company. It is a warranty program to cover faults that may develop during the use of your LV. We are only able to sell you this product. We are able to carry out repairs on the external companies behalf if the faults are items we are able to provide in house. For more information:
