I was having problems with the satellite system on my motorhome i.e. could not get any signal on the TV. I contacted Jason at Greenfields and arranged to have him look at the problem. Jason even agreed to pick me up from home en route to the storage site. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. The work is even guaranteed for 3 months. Brilliant and very friendly service. Highly recommended.

All power was lost last night 1/12/17. Phoned Greenfields and spoke to Jason. He systematically went through the issue with me. Didn't use jargon, was friendly and helpful and literally told me how to fix the issue without sending an engineer or requesting payment. Will always use this company and recommend to friends. Thank you Jason massively appreciated your help and support

Jason carried out a pre purchase inspection for my wife and I, on a used caravan. Communication throughout was great, the information relayed was great and we really felt that Jason had our best interests at heart. He spotted a few issues with the caravan, gave us an estimate of costs to rectify and thankfully enabled us to make the informed decision to walk away from the sale. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent service: Jason phoned to explain that he'd been delayed to deal with a gas leak. When he arrived, he listened while I explained the problem, and set about solving it methodically. Will definitely call them again.

Excellent service. Turned up the day and time they give you. Friendly professional run family Business.. had a problem with my caravan fire, turned out to be a bigger job then expected, but not a problem for Jason and Julie, got it all sorted with smile on faces. Definitely recommend them to friends and family

Jason was brilliant when coming out last week to do a Habitation Service on our old VW van which has, since booking, developed additional issues! He was as helpful as he could possibly be, honest and pragmatic about what was essential and what 'advised' and did his best to talk through options to keep costs down. Look forward to booking him again (but hopefully for maintenance not disasters!)

Jason and Julie have been very helpful getting our caravan up to scratch, useful advice and going out of their way to get us on the road. I'm grateful to have them on hand now for any caravan work we need going forward, they are knowledgeable and reliable and I know they'll keep our caravan well look after.

I'm not a caravanner ... I'm living in a small caravan on site whilst my home is being extended. The caravan was bought on eBay cheaply and will go back as soon as the build is finished. Turns out the van didn't have a working water heater. The folks from green fields pulled out all the stops to get me a new heater fitted and working. They were friendly , professional and fast. Even fixed a leak problem that I hadn't known that I had. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Jason came to the house and did a full habitation check. I asked him strange questions as a novice camper and he told me all I needed to know and more. Very helpful friendly and endearing. All for a cup of tea and a very reasonable fee. Would recommend him to anyone. He clearly is good at his job and enjoys what he does.

I phoned greenfields when on holiday for a few days in Henley on Thames. We had pitched up and discovered we had no power. Jason was able to come out that day (even though we rang up late afternoon) and Provided a temporary solution until he could come back the next day and fix the problem. When we got home we noticed that it wasn't working correctly and then emailed Jason and he arranged to come and fix it when we was next on holiday. Even to the point that he did it whilst on holiday with his family.
A very friendly, trustworthy knowledgeable guy that I will use on a regular basis and would recommend to anyone.
