Had our 1 year old bailey caravan serviced today to keep the warranty in force - Jason provided a very friendly, professional & thorough service with good attention to detail. Will definitely be booking next year!

Can't thank greenfields enough for their help. We were on our way down to Dover and had to leave our van on a site as it had snaked a number of times en-route. Not only did he go and look at the van while we weren't there, he spent 3 hours sorting it so that we could get it home safely and kept in contact with us while we were in France. Would recommend this company to anyone - only wish he lived locally to us up in Stafford so that we could use him for having the caravan serviced!

Jason at Greenfields Caravan Service is conscientious courteous and caring. The full service he did was completed at my home including the replacement of the wheel bearings as one had partially disintegrated (thank goodness that he found the problem). In addition he advised me to get a fire blanket and extinguisher as my extinguisher was old and defunct. Having reassured me that I had no damp, I am delighted with his work.

Cannot recommend Jason at Greenfields enough. A really great thorough service with loads of proper caravan advice. He has also come out and rescued us in the pouring rain! Jason is exceptionally friendly and is an absolute star and wish we found him years ago.

Had my caravan serviced today. Just wanted to recommend Jason from Greenfield Caravan servicing. He was very thorough, and gave my van a full service inside and out. He also took the time to show me how to use my heater. He is a caravanner himself and was a delight to talk to on the subject.

Greenfields helped us when the manufacturers of our brand new motorhome were not available. This means we can use the MH when the sites open and not have to wait for the manf to contact us. Brilliant 10 out of 10

Booked a Habitation Service with Greenfields on my Motorhome.Arrived on time and got straight on with service,very professional and thorough.Pleased with job done , although the Gas Bottle and control panel not switched off after service, but lockers secured.But would use again.

Superb service. Easy to book. Helpful and customer focused team who are happy to explain what they are doing, give pragmatic advice on what to fix and how and where possible happy to make recommendations for other relevant suppliers. Top notch. Will re-book next year and add a fridge service in the meantime.

They arrived on time and worked efficiently to get the service work done in good time. It is nice to be able to ask questions and feel that you have got an honest answer and that is certainly the case with Jason. We are happy to use them for our service/repair work.

Excellent service, Came out and assessed the problem with my gas oven and new straight away what the problem was. Returned today on time and fixed the oven. Both engineers were very friendly and did a great job. Would definitely recommend and use myself again.

From the booking system to the repair I could not fault Greenfields. They arrived at their appointment time and fixed our fridge and pump in an hour and a half. What more could I ask for. Excellent service. Thank you.

Engineer turned up early which was a bonus - got on with the work - coming to ask when electric power was required or water in the onboard tank. Habitation service of motorhome carried out. Engineer found out of date gas regulator which was replaced. Will company use next time.

Superb service. Jason came around and diagnosed my electrical problem within 15 -20 minutes. Only charged me callout fee. Will definitely recommend and will use again.
