Meet the team:

Founders of the Company

Jason Pope : Director. (Workshop)

Brings a wealth of Knowledge and experience to Greenfields as a trained electrical engineer working on a vast range of products from sound and lighting equipment to xray machines and robots and programming.

Not forgetting repairing mechanical equipment and theme park rides also staging equipment. working closely to tight SLAs.

Jason holds a total of 15 qualifications.

Julie Pope: Director. (Office)

Brings her experience from the accounts side working for large companies in finance looking after key accounts. Technically, Julie has learned over the years about the industry also has a degree in computer studies.

Her main role is everything within the office from appointments to accounts as she is a qualified bookkeeper and handling customers

The Team

We have members of the team that prefer not to be mentioned and for that we respect it.

Phoebe Customer service. (Office)

Phoebe, starts with us in February 2026.

At Greenfields after the interview process , we like to offer the candidate an opportunity to come and work with us and see if they like the environment and the type of work before us and the candidate take things further, this is on a mutual agreement. We was please at the interview so asked Phoebe come came in for a trial day.

In Phoebe words:

When I heard about the job vacancy from my partner at Greenfields CMS I asked him to see if they would consider me for the role. After the interview they gave me a chance to see if this is what I wanted and to work along side them. After a few tasks I was set with some training, I felt a sense of achievement. I know that this is going to be a challenge for me as they have a great system that they want to grow, which will help and support the team and customers. Looking forward to next year.

Just another point, they made me feel welcome is they class everybody as a team, including themselves.

Workshop:

James Workshop Technician. (Workshop)

James came to Greenfields a while ago from Toyota with vast knowledge.

He is great at working as part of a team and provides support to all at Greenfields. Customers enjoy his enthusiasm and kindness when he greats them.

In James words:

When a job vacancy came up at Greenfields CMS, I new it was the right one for me. I took a chance as although I a love for caravans and motorhomes after converting my own van, I wasn't sure that my experience would be transferable.

After being here a while Jason and Julie have instilled me with confidence and additional training to carry out various jobs.

Jacob (Ralf Workshop Technician. (Workshop)

Jacob came to Greenfields a while ago on work experience from a local collage. ,whilst studying car mechanics and fell in love with the variety of different things we do here.

We could see promise in Jacob and liked how he got stuck in. At the time we didn't have a vacancy to be able to offer Jacob , until recently.

In Jacobs words:

I thank Greenfields for the opportunity to work within a workshop environment whilst at collage. When I found out a vacancy had came available I applied straight away.

Been working at Greenfields for a while now and enjoy the vast range of products I have to work on.

All of the team are keen campers and love the outdoors. Our new members of the teams own their own caravans or motorhomes. They are familiar with the common issues and problems that camping brings.

Julie and Jason can't provide the level of service without our dedicated team. We for fortunate that they want to come and work with us. We thank them for all the hard work they put in on a regular basis.
