Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully,

Appointments:

An appointment can be made by the following means, by phone, email or via our online booking system. Once you have been sent an email from Greenfields with the appointment form us, whether you have confirmed the appointment either by clicking the agreement box or not or by replying to the email this is deemed as an agreement for are covered under our terms and conditions for a technician to carry out a repair / inspection / service to your leisure vehicle. There will a minimum charge applied at the standard rate of £95.00 for the follow reasons outline below.

Not available, Used for residential or Hire. Not able to gain Access. Keys Not available. Changed your mind and not given reasonable notice, Double booked or you haven't brought your LV (Leisure Vehicle) to us at the agreed time and date. 

Only by prior arrangement can a LV be dropped off or before the appointment.


Should there be a problem with the appointment please let us know with a minimum of 3 days. ( see cancelation )


Access:

An appointment is to be made before bringing your LV to our fixed workshop. You need to call or ring the bell before entering the campus. Somebody will come and meet you at the gate.

The site is owned by the M.O.D. All guests are to be escorted around the grounds and although used as a storage site for LV's, we have no arrangement for LV's to stay for long period of time and have limited space. When requested you LV is to be collected or will be charged £30 per day.

Please ensure that all wheel clamps, hitch locks and other safety devices are removed or switched off prior to our arrival or access to to keys in which to remove these items. Should we not be able to remove such devices or be able to gain access to items or unit, either the item or area want be checked / tested or an additional labour charge will be applied.


Toilet:

This needs to be Empty and cleaned or it will be missed of the serviced.

Condition Inspection Report:

This will be carried out prior to work commencing and noted down on our sheets or any damage or stains. We will require a signature before the technician can start work on your unit. Should you not be available. The report will be forward to you via email or other methods with photos for you to see. We then require conformation from you to start the work.

Safety:

All of the work carried out will be of a very high standard, this is for everybody's safety.

Should any Leisure Vehicle be used for any the following: Residential or Hire. We will not able to work on any gas appliance.

Workmanship:

All of Greenfields workmanship carries a 6 month warranty.

Sale of Goods:

As we are a servicing workshop, parts will be fitted at our fixed workshop. To up hold the warranty on these parts they are not to be touched by any other technician or personnel other than a member of the Greenfields team, this will up hold the products warranty. Should these be a problem, the leisure vehicle is to be within the radius or brought back to our fixed workshop to enable our technicians to fix the problem.

Commonly known as Back to Base Warranty.
Labour carries a 6 month warranty and parts are 12 months.

Parts sold over the internet are to be returned at the buyers cost. For both instances please contact the office first before proceeding.

Parts:

All Parts that are supplied by Greenfields carry a 12 months manufacturer's warranty. we only fit OEM specification parts. We will not fit second-hand items unless the part is out of production.
Greenfields can only fit parts that they have supplied as this will then carry a warranty. (Back to Base Warranty)
All special order parts need to paid upfront and are not refundable.

Faults:

Should during a service a fault is found, which does not form part of the standard servicing schedule, Greenfields will notify you at the end of the service to see if you would like the technician to repair the fault whilst on site, should time allow. You will be provided with an estimate to the cost for labour and parts. will the seek permission to proceed. Should the technician not have the parts nor the time available,a new appointment will be made return and complete the job if mobile or you LV can be stored at your own risk awaiting for parts to arrive. or you can take your LV away if safe to do so.

Payment:

We accept Credit / Debit Card. in forms of payment We currently don't charge you an admin fee for the use of this service. 

Payment is due after the work has been on the completed, which forms part of the original appointment. If there are any additional work that needs to be carried out which is not part of the original appointment this will be an additional cost and may have to be rescheduled for another time, due to time restraints and part availability.

Cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel your appointment, please can you notify us within 3 days of your appointment, so we can offer the time slot to other customers. Any time after this time, you will be charged in full for cost of that appointment. We will, however like to re-arrange a more suitable time to suit your needs.

Should it be It may be necessary for Greenfields to change the appointment we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and endeavour to provide an alternative where practicable. If we amend or cancel your Booked appointment we will offer you another appointment at the same price or refund it to you if you have paid in advance however, compensation payments will not be payable to you in any circumstances. This includes Loss of earnings.

Intellectual property rights

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the materials on this website are owned by Greenfields unless otherwise indicated.

You may not copy, modify, alter, distribute, publish, sell or otherwise use any material on this website in whole or in part, unless you have obtained from Greenfields without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Greenfields be liable to you or to any other person or entity in any way, whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for damages of any kind arising from the use of this website, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, lost revenue or profits, lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic loss, that result from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

If this limitation of liability provision shall be deemed unenforceable, either in whole or in part, then such parts as are unenforceable shall be deleted, the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect and Greenfields liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this terms of use policy shall exclude or limit the Greenfields liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or Greenfields liability for fraud.

Disclaimer of warranty

There may be updates of these terms and conditions from time to time and may apply to certain products, services and materials available and sold on this website. If this is the case this will be brought to your attention. Subject to this, no express or implied warranties of any kind are made in respect of this website or the products, services and materials available through it.

The Greenfields does not warrant that this website will operate uninterrupted or error/ virus free or that the information on this website is accurate or complete.

Any personal information you submit to Greenfields will be dealt with in accordance with our privacy policy.
