Customer Service / Admin Clerk


Greenfields CMS are Expanding

We are looking for a Customer Service / Admin Clerk  to join the family run business based in Camberley, Surrey.


About us:

Greenfields specialise in supporting a range of leisure vehicles within the industry. We have been trading for nearly ten years in the local area.

We provide a range of services.

  • Installations of equipment- solar panels, WiFi units, Motormovers, air-con, sockets, inverters, gas systems, reversing cameras, reversing sensors, self levelling systems, air suspension.
  • Repair equipment- cookers, boilers, electronic equipment, chassis, water heaters, blinds, motormovers, heaters, fridges.
  • Service equipment- boilers, heaters, caravans, motorhomes, campervans, trailers, fridges.
  • Sell a range of products and equipment- We also install and repair taps, windows, blinds, TVs, radios, air suspension, air cons.


Greenfields is an approved workshop and are trained by manufacturers so we are able to provide repairs and servicing to our customers for vans that are within warranty, and are able to uphold the manufactures warranty.


The Role:

This would suit somebody that has an interest in the leisure industry, mainly caravans and motorhomes, or just loves talking to people

This role could suit somebody looking to work in an office environment and work within a small friendly team.

We are looking for somebody with a passion to work hard and be a team player who wants to grow with our company.

The position is part-time with extra hours per week when required. Monday-Friday Plus overtime if required. ( normally in high season.)


Successful candidate must be tidy, smart, well organised, and able to pay attention to detail. Some company uniform will be provided.

We require you to dress smart in suitable office clothes at all times.

You must be able to work as part of a team and also have the ability to use your own initiative. This is a customer facing roll therefore presentation and customer communication is key. The more friendly your are the better. Our customers love their unit and love to talk about them so being able to hold and make a conversation is key.

Day to Day Duties Include:

  • Handling Customer calls
  • Talking to customers
  • Supporting customers needs
  • Booking Appointments
  • Stock Control
  • Support the Engineers on parts and information.
  • Support the workshop when required
  • Data Entry
  • Basic Booking and Accounts
  • E commerce
  • Marketing
  • Keep the office tidy
  • General Office duties
  • Delivery and collection arrangements
  • Promote our services and assist with sales 


This list looks long,but as a team we all help with the list.


Our goal is for the right candidate to be able to work alone and manage the office from time to time and support the team to cover annual holidays in the future.  However you will receive the full support from the Office and the Technical Manager on a day to day basis.

There will be in-house training and assistance at all times on process, products, and software which are used on a regular basis.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must have a min of C and Above in Maths and English. 

Additional Notes

As the location of the workshop and office that are not in the same building (but on the same site) you would be required to walk back and fourth throughout the day to enable you to complete the tasks at hand. 

Wage : Negotiable (dependent on age)

Aged 18+

Be able to use MS Windows, on Word and Excel, to a basic level and Google Docs.

CRM (Customer Relations Management) experience would be an advantage.

Canva, Vonage ,Zoho CRM, Zoho Bookings and Xero
