Very helpful to be able have our Hobby caravan serviced on site. Engineers were helpful and knowledgeable and accredited by Hobby but they can’t do warranty work on a van bought from another Hobby dealer.

Greenfields did a great service on our caravan, they were on time, took there time and pointed out the supplying dealer fitted an old gas connection to the gas bottles. Highly recommended

These guys are busy at this time of the season so be patient. They know what they are doing and do it very well. They travel to where you are to i.d and repair any interior motorhome or caravan fault. My fridge not working on gas or 12v. It was a difficult fault to trace but through a clear process of testing and elimination declared the fridge was in good working order and the fault appeared to be in the fridge power supply which was low on constant voltage. This fault was quickly found and repaired along with a slight gas supply issue - the fridge is now in perfect working order Well done guys , a brilliant job done and for anyone reading this I will add that they do not charge a fortune, the price was very fair indeed. In my view the secret here is these guys have to earn a living but they really enjoy what they do and will not stop until the issue has been resolved. I think job satisfaction and therefore customer satisfaction are both very high. well done !!!

This was our first mobile caravan service and Greenfields were great. Arrived when they said they would and explained everything to us. Plus they didn't mind us asking silly questions! We have no issues in recommending them to others and will be using them again next year.

We had never thought of using a mobile service until our local Reading Swift dealer sold up leaving us a 100 mile round trip if we still wanted to use the main agents. A friend from our caravan DA suggested Jason Pope (Greenfields) as he had used them with excellent results. We duly booked our service and received professional, prompt and an extremely helpful service. They were incredibly thorough and were willing to talk me through any issues that they encountered and any concerns that I had. I have since had to call on their services again when a small problem arose and was yet again impressed with the service I received. I have since told other caravaners that are in a similar situation to myself and would have no compunction to highly recommend this company. Many thanks. Paul from Reading

Very approachable and helpful when asked questions on various issues. Habitation check was completed thoroughly and checklist explained fully. Will be using them again next year for motorhome habitation check

I ordered a Maxair fan for my motorhome through Greenfields and they fitted the fan on 29 Mar 19. All went according to plan and I was most impressed with the care standard of work carried out - they don't use electric screwdrivers because they can strip threads. The fitting, such that wires to the equipment were hidden, was not easy but was carried out to an excellent standard of workmanship and at an affordable cost. Overall I was very satisfied with the work and very grateful for help received the following week when my Alde boiler failed due to an electrical problem. Jason Pope, Greenfield's proprietor, offered advice without hesitation and responded promptly to my problem.

A friendly and efficient company who came to my aid when the Main Dealer most local to me refused my custom on the grounds that my Caravan was not originally supplied by them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jason and his team to anyone that finds themselves in a similar position. I will certainly be using their services in the future
