Silver:

- Priority booking, ideal if you have an issue you like fixed before your next trip.
- Discounted Aftercare Warranty program for fault repairs.
- Price promise freeze on next years of servicing.
Gold:
- Includes all of Bronze and Silver with an upgrade on the price promise.
- Discounts on Caravan Servicing, Motorhome & Campervan Habitation Service.
- The option to spread payment costs :-Book 3 services in a row and pay monthly via our subscription service for 2 of them.(interests free)
- Price promise freeze on 3 years of servicing.(upgrade)
- Chance to pay fourth at current rate, when booked on the day of your 3rd service.

Note:
* A basic clean , just a clean on the outside of the leisure vehicle to help keep it clean. The main concentration will be made on the roof. No windows cleaned or wheels, but will be washed down. It will look cleaner than it arrived to us.. (no pressure washer used)
F.A.Q
Do I have to sign up to the monthly subscription to receive the discount offer?
No you don't have to, we are happy to offer the discount on your next service with our Silver Scheme. Also the offer will be only for the second year service. Only monthly subscription customers will be able to receive discount on the third and forth service. As we have new customers join us every day we like to offer all our customers with the loyalty scheme. It helps us plan our jobs throughout the year. The subscription is year on year, you can cancel it at anytime. (Cancellation fee of £30 will apply)
What happens if I change or sell my caravan / motorhome?
We understand that people's circumstances change so we are happy to return any money paid. Or we can move the subscription to another leisure vehicle. We ask a months notice should you wish to cancel it. (Small admin fee applies)
